Customs and import duties for deliveries to non-European Union countries
Please note that for deliveries to non-European Union countries (so-called third countries), additional customs, import duties or taxes may incur as soon as the bought goods have reached the non-European Union country. These additional customs, import duties or taxes are to be borne by the buyer, i.e. on the buyer’s account. The seller has no influence on these duties and cannot predict the level since the customs and excise regulations vary considerably from country to country. For sales to a non-European Union country, we recommend the buyer to inquire about possible customs duties and/or local taxes at the Customs and Excise Department responsible in the non-European country.
