August 2025: Breaking news update on the new customs regulations for the US:

Dear customers in the US,

Due to the latest changes, we are currently unable to offer orders to the US: President Trump announced the repeal of the de minimis exemption, effective August 29, 2025.

This change means that all shipments to the US are now subject to applicable customs duties regardless of their value, eliminating the previous threshold of US$800 for duty-free imports.

Starting August 29, at 12:01 a.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time), DDP will be the only shipping option available . This may result in higher costs, as all applicable customs duties will be calculated and charged at the time of booking. The amount of customs duties depends on the value and origin of the goods. DDP ensures that customers do not incur any additional costs upon delivery.

For each item, shipping costs including taxes and all fees are calculated based on the price. Therefore, it is not possible for me to display a standard shipping price in the shop. If you are interested in purchasing an item, please send an email to info@artebo.de so that I can process your order individually. Unfortunately, there is no other option at this time.

New restrictions effective July 8, 2026:

Due to new regulations, we will no longer be able to offer shipping to the U.S. starting July 8, 2026, until further notice: Until now, we were able to arrange shipping upon request—but since new regulations regarding the purchase of shipping labels will take effect on July 8, 2026, we first need to determine how and whether we can comply with them. In urgent cases, please send us an email—for example, it may be possible to have an order shipped to a German address, where friends or relatives can then forward the items to you.

Delivery restrictions and information for customers from other EU countries

We deliver our goods exclusively within Germany.

In accordance with the EU Geoblocking Regulation, we do not exclude customers from other Member States of the European Union from shopping in our online shop. Please note, however, that we do not offer cross-border shipping to other EU Member States.

If you are resident in another EU Member State, the following options are available to you:

1. Delivery to an Address in Germany
You provide a delivery address within Germany (e.g. the address of friends, acquaintances or a parcel forwarding service).

To do this, you can place an order and, during checkout, enter your address in the first step under ‘your address’ and choose your country.

In the second step, select "Shipping and billing address do not match" and enter your German delivery address there.

2. Collection by yourself or by a transport service provider you have commissioned
You organise the collection of the goods at your own expense and risk from our business premises, either by collecting them yourself or by commissioning your own transport service provider.
